It’s The High Field’s bubble and beats night tonight and we can’t wait!
We’ll supply the bubbles and local star Abi Phillips is supplying the beats!
You may recognise her face from Hollyoaks or you may not have heard of her at all. Either way, you will definitely know who she is after this evening!
As well as lending herself to acting, this girl has a cracking pair of lungs on her and can definitely belt out a song.
Abi first rose to fame after writing a song for Hollyoaks, title ‘Missing You’ which later saw her audition for the role of Liberty Savage. Following on from her career in acting Abi released her debut single, Summer Sunshine in 2011, has climbed Mt Snowdon for charity and performed at Channel 4’s T4 on the Beach.
Born to Sutton Coldfield, Abi is a proper local girl and grew up singing in in the Birmingham pub band Shampoo, fronted by her Dad and Mum. More recently Abi toured and performed a show-stopping rendition of Sia’s Titanium at The Pride of Birmingham Awards.
As well as being a big night for The High Field, this is a big night for Abi as we heard a rumour she has some big dog from the industry coming to watch!
So, let’s draw in a crowd, enjoy some bubbles (that are half-price) and give Abi a big High Field welcome!
